"Our latest trial was a 'Tequila Sunrise' lollipop with really pretty red and orange tones," says Gina Barber, the company's senior event coordinator. "We can present them in different ways—as a take-away, passed around after dinner as a surprise, or on display at the cocktail hour in a specially-built ' lollipop tree'."

POP Champagne
