Make Your Baby A Star With Movie Poster

Having a new baby is a big deal, but more often than not, birth announcements fall flat, delivering their Baby basic details about the birth, without really sharing in the excitement of adding a brand new, mini member to your family. A fun new company announces special milestones in style, and every time someone opens up their birth announcements the house lights will go down in preparation for the show to begin!

5-Star Baby creates custom movie poster birth announcements, which are creative, gimmicky and perfect for any family that likes to steal the spotlight.

The birth announcements are in miniature size, so they are appropriate for distributing to family members who are certain not to forget the birth milestone when they receive the unique birth announcements. Key aspects from a movie poster are used to communicate the birth details of the baby; the Parents are listed as the Producers, the delivering doctors as the Director, Filmed in is the hospital the baby was born, the movie rating reflects the sex of the baby (e.g. rated B for boy, or G for girl), and of course the star of the show; the baby's name, date and weight!
5-Star Baby is making people feel like stars by putting new babies and their families center stage in the spotlight!

Movie Posters can be made for any special event including:

Baby Announcements - Baby Showers - Birthday Parties - Baptisms - First Communions Bar Mitzvah - Bat Mitzvah - Quinceanera - Engagements - Bridal Showers Wedding "Save the Date" - Wedding Invitations - Anniversaries - Retirements Corporate Posters -

Tea Time!

If you are a Southerner or have ever been to the South, ya'll know we LOVE our sweet tea. These little candies just make the experience a little more fancy! A fun way to add flavor, these straws of sweetness make your tea even tastier. Just sip, stir and dissolve. Any one of these delicious flavors will make that refreshing glass of tea even better! They are called tea sippers... little pourous candys you drink through like a straw.

They come twelve to a pack for around six bucks plus shipping. This would be cute as a button sticking out of an icey glass full of that freash brewed ice tea! You could even go a step further by placing a thin slice of the matching fruit on the rim by the straw to tell the drinker what to expect. Fun!

  • Delicious touch of lemon, key lime or orange complements your tea
  • Old-fashioned candy store look - taste as good as they look
  • Generous assortment - something for everyone
  • Wonderful extra touch for get-togethers
  • Great for picnics and outdoor parties
  • Not just for iced tea - good for either hot or cold drinks

White Out!

Is it now okay to wear white after Labor Day?

Elie Saab’s Fall 2009 couture show was fit for a (snow) queen. Saab just showed his Fall/Winter 2009-2010 Couture collection earlier this week in Paris and all of the models wore exquisite beautiful white dresses with elaborate detailing. Every look the designer created was done in an ethereal white, with gathering and appliqués that made models look as if they were floating in a cumulus cloud.

According to the Associated Press, models sported "bone-white goddess gowns with trailing trains" that were adorned with shimmery sequins, beads and crystals.

Although the AP said the outfits were not necessarily meant to be worn only as wedding dresses, those who attended the show said many of them could definitely do the trick.

Baby Bump; Dresses for Stylish Bumps

For decades it was one of society's biggest taboos: the bride with the baby bump having a shotgun wedding, and of the avant-garde brides who would admit to being in the family way, few of them, if any, would have dared walk down the aisle in a white dress.

But times, it would seem, are a-changing. Last year, an estimated 20,000 brides in Britain were pregnant on their wedding day, accounting for 10 per cent of all first-time brides under the age of 45.

And if soaring sales at maternity bridal boutiques are anything to go by, more pregnant women than ever are opting to wear a traditional white dress.

Tiffany London selling bridal dresses claims that there is a steady growth in sales of maternity bridal dresses over the last few years, and it's still growing. It only shows that the society is much more open minded than it was. The dresses are particularly customized to accommodate the baby bump, and designers are skilled to estimate how much a bump will have grown by the big day, with extra fabric added into the dress to help with adjustments if a bump grows faster than expected.
