Martini Monday!

Cuervo Especial Pomegranate Margarita Martini

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial
3 oz. Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix
2 oz. pomegranate juice
1 piece lime wheel
1 tbsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine Jose Cuervo Especial, Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix and pomegranate juice into cocktail shaker half full with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass (rim glass with salt optional).
Garnish with lime or lemon wheel.

The Pink Peep

Learn how to make a fun and festive Easter themed cocktail to share with your family and friends this Easter! This cocktail is named "The Pink Peep" for it's beautiful pink color and festive garnish! This drink is very versatile and can be made for any occasion where a pink colored martini would be ideal such as birthdays, Valentine's Day, or girl's night! Different garnishes may also be used such as sliced oranges or whole strawberries!

Things You’ll Need:

Cocktail Shaker

Ice
1.5 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Pink vodka-fruit fusion liqueur
Splash Triple-Sec
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Pink (or any color)bunny shaped marshmallow, sugar covered candy

Instructions

Step1: Fill a martini shaker about half way with ice. (This recipe yields one drink).

Step2: Add the following ingredients to the shaker: 1.5 oz Vodka, 1.5 oz Pink vodka-fruit fusion liqueur, splash of Triple-Sec, and 1 oz Cranberry Juice. Shake for 30 seconds.

Step3: Pour the drink (no ice) into a martini glass. Garnish this cocktail with one pink bunny shaped marshmallow, sugar covered candy by placing a small slit on the bottom of the candy and placing it on the rim of the glass (so the bunny is standing up).

I love anything Gingerbread.....and it is so pretty!

Gingerbread Apple Crisp-

1 oz Monin gingerbread syrup

2 oz Bacardi Big Apple rum

2 oz apple juice- splash of lemon juice

Place 1/2 cup of simple syrup and 4 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs on separate plates. Dip outside rim of martini glass into simple syrup, then into graham cracker crumbs several times to ensure coverage. Set aside. In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, gingerbread syrup, apple juice and lemon juice. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into rimmed martini glass. Garnish with red apple slice.
